Fitness Sponsor Program

My role as a Fitness Sponsor is to be your Health Coach, Wellness Coach, and Personal Trainer all combined into one. A fitness sponsor directs and supports you towards achieving your mission of restoring your fitness. A fitness sponsor always has your back. This program utilizes a one-on-one mentoring system that helps people that have physical or mental health conditions overcome the barriers that prevent them from restoring their health and fitness. Many people resolve to start eating better and doing exercise to only maintain the resolution for 2-3 months. They resort back to their old habits to only keep repeating the same cycle each year. Some people keep with their exercise program and diets, despite experiencing no improvement or constantly getting injured, and they convince themselves that they just need to work harder. Others just give up, become sedentary, putting them at risk for illness and disease. The unique value of my fitness sponsor program is that I will help you develop healthy behaviors towards exercise and health and help you restore your fitness to live a better life. This is done using a 3 Step process:

 

Step 1: Evaluation of Physical, Mental, and Spiritual Readiness for Behavior Change

Step 2: Customized Fitness Plan with Exercise and Nutrition Education

Step 3: Weekly One-on-One Sessions to Review Program/Evaluate Progress*

I offer 1, 5, and 10 session packages. Each session is 45-60 minutes. Session length will be determined by your needs. Sessions are provided virtual or in person at select locations in Pittsburgh area. Discounts are given to those 60 and older and military.

The Fitness Sponsor Program is for you if:

Get Moving Seniors Program

This is a group exercise class for individuals 60 or older to learn simple and effective strength training, balance, and mobility exercises. Benefits of joining this program are to improve strength, balance, and flexibility, reduce risk of falls, improve your mood, and make new friends.

Cost: Try first Class free

$75/month unlimited classes

$9 per class; Bring a friend 2 for $16 (payment by cash or check at door)
